- Billing errors or duplicate charges.
- Service not provided as described or agreed upon.
- Technical issues that prevent use of the service, where support was unable to resolve the issue.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Note: We don't have policy to refund on any case
- Contact our customer support team at support@foodyqueen.com within 30 days of the charge.
- Provide your account details, the transaction ID, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after 30 days of the charge.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service without valid reason.
- Violation of our terms of service.
